In this page you can see what our home is like. Over an extension of 1.000 m2, it's placed a main building, built on an old oil mill and cellar, which still preserves the original stone, brick and adobe walls (even 1 meter thick) and also its wood beamed ceilings. Floors are paved on rustic tiles except for the bedrooms which have wood platforms. Outside it has flag stones. The house has 2 main floors plus an attic and a terrace in the third floor. In the ground floor there's the main hall with access on the right to the kitchen-dining room, pantry and washing room, in the front we access the garage, and on the left there's the big lounge (50 m2) with a chimney and 2 double sofa-beds and the downstairs bathroom. Through a staircase we go up to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms (20, 13, 11 m2) and 4 beds (2 double and 2 single) and the upstairs bathroom. We can ascend to the third floor up a spiral staircase. In it there's the loft room (14 m2) with 2 more single beds, and the terrace with views of the montains of the valley and ideal for sunbathing. The house has 220 V electricity, hot water and diesel central heating. There's satellite TV, CD and DVD players, plus computer with the Internet. In the kitchen, fridge and freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. As complementary buildings we have the garage able for 2 cars, outside room for games, greenhouse and an underground cellar (60 m2) which has a second fireplace and a fountain. In the orchard outside, we grow more than 50 species of fruit trees (cherries, peaches, apples, pears, figs, khakis, plums, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, ...) A centenarian walnut stands out of the house giving a wide shade in summer. Next to it there's a fountain built inside the remains of a hydraulic press
